Out in 53:50, back in 56:17.
First decent paddle in quite a while, so not too bad.
Saw 6 herons, nice to see so many, must mean the canal isn't too dirty!

I grew up kayaking on the Dorset coast in the 70's with the local youth club - the Weymouth YAC. I went to college at Bristol University and switched to mainly river canoeing and slalom. After leaving college I paddled for Chalfont Park Canoe Club reaching Div 1 in slalom.
After a long break from canoeing I have now returned to the sport and bought a sea kayak in October 2007. This site is an on-line log book of my trips.
