Clarke Lane <-> Higher Poynton Marina. Out in 54.20 with one boat delay, so not too bad. Left wrist was starting to hurt... hand was going a bit numb, so I took it a lot easier on the return (~63 minutes). Can still feel the wrist now, typing this a day later. May try to alter paddle feather or switch to RH control for a while.
PS - saw a kingfisher today. First time I've seen one on the canal.
